Abstract:
The eyes of pigmented, grey chinchilla rabbits were exposed to thermal energy to determine its effectiveness in producing pathological changes in anterior ocular tissues. The study incluhe variation of the following parameters: tissues, rate of delivery of energy, and spectral characteristics. Preliminary findings relative to damage to the cornea and iris are presented.
